- For your booking at SPOT. to be approved you will be required to accept the quote sent to you in advance and pay a non-refundable deposit amounting to 30% of the quoted price within 3 working days of confirming your reservation. The booking only becomes binding once we receive the aforementioned deposit.
- The outstanding amount should be paid no later than within 7 days after the event. We accept cash, card and bank transfer payments.
- In the event of failure to pay the deposit within 3 working days of the initial booking confirmation, the restaurant reserves the right to hire the venue to someone else without notifying the Customer.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please confirm the number of guests 5 days prior to the scheduled event. This number cannot change by more than 10%.
- Payment of the deposit is tantamount to accepting the quote sent in advance as well as the booking policy in place at SPOT.
